4th Grade

9/8/10

We have some fantastic field trips coming up! On September 24th the 4th grade will go to the fairgrounds for the Back to the Days of Kosciuszko. We will see how the people lived in the 1700's. On October 1st the 4th grade will go to the Merry Lea Glacial Resort and learn about rocks and see how the glaciers changed the land. Chaperons do not need to pay to participate in the trips. Look for permission slips for both trips.

Religion:

This week we will discuss Chapter 2 with an emphasis on the beatitudes.

Social Studies:

We will finish our review of landforms. On Wednesday, the students will copy the rest of the definitions of landforms from the board and draw a picture of each landform. We will work on this at school, but it will have to be finished at home for homework on Thursday night.

Last Friday I gave the students a copy of a sample of the science process skills test. On Thursday, the students will take this test.
